The numbers printed on the side of your tire may not seem to make immediate sense, but using a tire size calculator can help you find a similar product to replace your worn or punctured tire with a discount tire.
The first number indicates tire width in millimeters.
Sidewall aspect ratio follows the above and indicates the percentage width of the sidewall from total width.
Internal construction is then abbreviated with a single letter, i.e. D for diagonal. This letter may also indicate speed rating if “F” or “Z” following the SAR.
Tire and wheel diameter follows to define what rim size the tire is designed to fit.
